Excellent comparison/ Though "Chunida Kundliya" have given Sagittarius lagna, but on the basis of Deviki nandan Sinh explanation I accepted his data as12 Jan 1863, Makar lagna 0 degree LMT i.e. Sun rise 6:33 hrs as in Jan Sun rise in Bengal is correct and day is Makar Sankranti. Your comparson has confirmed it.
