Jaimini Sutra says that 3'rd to 8'th house ie 10'th can save person, if its lord is exalted being benefic.

 

Or if benefices planet sits in 10'th or those give strong benefic aspect on it, person can safely escape from death blows. But malefices do just opposite of it.

 

Not only Jaimini Sutra but many classics support same. I will provide exact shlokas.

 

I am one of the glaring examples of the same. I have been survived 6-7 times from death blows not only from accidents but also from untraceable illness. Sa being lord of 8'th is with Ra in 8'th to 8'th ie 3'rd and I am under Sa's Maha Dasha but Ju and Ve are saving me as Ve is in 10'th(exalted) and Ju is lord of it, and it is also exalted.

I am also providing one example of one lady who is cancer stricken and fighting for the same. Kindly see role of her 10'th house and its lord. 10'th lord is Sa and aspecting 6'th and 6'th lord in lagna. Ra in 10'th is giving her untraceable disease.

 

Ve, though lagna lord and Ju though in 5'th, both has turned as malefic as both are lords of trik houses. In Ju's dasha ie of 8'th lord she got cancer.

Dear Sir,

 

True, 3rd to a house shows defensive support to significations of the

house it's coming 3rd, in the case of 8'th house being longevity, 10'th

house could be a rider giving immunity to native.
