Guest guest
It was long time back , I was told that one fine evening That I came into this strange world hungry and crying My mother looked at me with love and gave me feeding Since I had nothing inside and now that I had something I was happy , content and my mom was happy smiling I had nothing outside of me and with cold shivering My father looked at me kindly and gave me clothing I was so comfortable , that I started kicking and cooing And since then I had everything that I cared for I had love , compassion , consideration , a life full of joy. At three score , a decade , a five and plus , time is short One tends to be impatient , one is not that important More and more possessive though not very pertinent Not willing to let go what one has with a right intent Society has neither time and regard as it’s own life is fast An engine that knows not how to stop and look at the rest Septuagenarian an idling engine with a brake and cant start In the evening of life waiting for Sun to set . -- aathreya- dr.bala krishna murthy ramaraju
