It is true that given the natal affliction of 8th lord Saturn to natal 2nd lord Sun it has been seen during adverse transits to Sun that tragic happenings take place in the USA. For instance, during...

 

Saturn/Sun April 1, 1963 to March 13, 1964

Main period result due to Saturn (20%) and sub-period result due to Sun (80%)

 

The main result was that President John F. Kennedy was assassinated on Novmeber 22, 1963 when transit 8th lord Saturn was exactly conjunct natal Sun.

 

However, if we look at the meaning of the Sun in the chart we see the following:
