Challenging aspects in the SAMVA USA chart in mid 2008

I have uploaded a graph showing transits in the SAMVA USA chart in mid 2008. SAMVA/spnew/view/6ee3?i=28 There are three main transits of interest. 1. The ongoing affliction of transit 8th lord Saturn at 7° 40' Leo and the second house of the chart to the natal 1st lord Moon at 7° 25' Taurus in the 11th house, which has been discussed before. 2. On April 20th, 2008, transit Ketu at 1° 46' Leo in the 2nd house began to aspect natal 8th lord Saturn at 26° 46' Scorpio and the 5th house. We know that natal Ketu afflicts the 4th house in the chart and is linked to recurring earthquakes in the USA. Such an aspect can be expected to produce sudden even violent acts or events when it is slow

moving. Fortunately, Ketu becomes stationary this summer after its aspect to natal Saturn has passed its peak. The aspect is now growing and will becomes exact on June 5th, 2008, after which it begins to separate. The aspect will be above 60% strength from May 19 to July 16, 2008. When Ketu goes stationary from mid July 2008, it will be around 56% strength. After beginning to weaken further from early September, the aspect will end on October 19, 2008. 3. On February 16, 2008 transit 6th lord Jupiter came within 5° of its conjunction with natal 4th lord Venus at 23° 51' Sagittarius and 6th house. The aspect became exact for the first time on March 15th, 2008. As we saw at that time, this aspect can create considerable

tension in the collective life of American, including financial or racial/ethnic tensions. This is due to the weakness of Venus in the chart, being badly placed in the 6th house of conflict, financial solvency and health. Oddly, the strength of Jupiter in its own sign offers some support. However, the aspect of Jupiter to the 10th house, 12th house and 2nd house added to the sense of problems in late February and early March. Jupiter is now around 4° beyond natal Venus and out of the 6th house MEP. Hence, its influence is at minimum and the tension has been reduced, although its aspect to transit 10th lord Mars in the final degrees of Gemini and 12th house has kept some pressure of uncertainty there. Soon Mars will exit Gemini and the 12th house and then things will improve perceptibly. However, at that time, Jupiter will go retrograde and pass over natal Venus again, on July 6th. As the graph shows, there are two transit to natal aspects that have a link to earthquakes that occur together from mid May to mid July, namely the aspect of transit Ketu to natal 8th lord Saturn and the aspect of transit 6th lord Jupiter to natal 4th lord Venus. These aspects will be fairly strongly felt from mid May to mid May. As has opined, it is in early July that the likelihood of an earthquake is greater. We can follow that with interest.
