The time quoted is 7:11pm AHST +10;00. This justifies my original suggestion for a Capricorn ascendant. See message 14862. I believe this still requires some adjustment. There is a close affliction to the ascendant by the 8L Sun which should be quite malefic. Also 4L Mars should preferably impact the MEP’s of the 2H,3H and 11H.
