It rules Army and security agencies also.ketu when afflicting causes wounds, accidents, surgery and fevers. Thanks for point out these aspects. I have a few minor additional

comments on them.

 

1. Transit nodes are still moving at normal speed and hence the

impact on planets passing over the axis is slightly less troubling.

 

2. You are right to suggest that as transit Mars in Cancer it is in

its sign of debilitation, and hence has only half its normal

strength. As a result, when it passes over the nodal axis its

indications are more vulnerable than would otherwise be the case.

 

3. Good point to also note the importance of the strength of the Moon

in transit as it is the dispositor of transit Mars. However, as Mars

is already half strength in transit, the passage of Moon into a bad

house does not weaken Mars any further - except when the Moon is in

advanced infancy or old age and then briefly the power of Mars falls

below 50%. However, the passage of Moon into a bad house links the

indications of Mars to the less auspicious matters ruled by that bad

house.

 

4. On June 10, when transit Mars is at 23° 45' Cancer and conjunct

transit Ketu 26° 37' Cancer, transit Rahu will be afflicting transit

Sun at 26° 10' Taurus and transit Venus at 26° 30'. This suggests the

problems will perhaps be slightly more on that day - but in part of a

fleeting nature.

 

5. You are also correct to suggest that the houses of the respective

mundane charts and the functional nature of the involved planets

where these contacts take place matter for the assessment of the

likely outcome.

 

6. The assessment could perhaps be strengthened by adding mention of

other important transits occurring at that time in e.g. the SAMVA USA

chart, including the aspect of

- transit Ketu to natal Saturn at 26° 46' 8th lord Scorpio

- natal Saturn to transit Sun and Venus - in addition to the aspect

from transit Rahu (as mentioned above)

etc.
