Regarding the Honduras jet crash there is some strange coincidences with the worst Brazilian air crash.In July 17th 2007, 06:51 PM in Sao Paulo an Airbus A320 flight TAM JJ 3054 overshot the runway killing199 people.The planes are from the same model and also the colors of the both air carriers are white and red, and TACAwas the first owner of the TAM's airplane. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TAM_Linhas_A%C3%A9reas_Flight_3054The aircraft was an Airbus A320-233 registered as PR-MBK and manufacturer's serial number of 789. It was powered by two International Aero V2527E-A5 engines. As you are a newcomer here, I would like to mention that SAMVA is dedicated to teaching the application of SA in the mundane sphere. sometimes finds time to contribute to the discussion and clarify issues for the list members. To avoid confusion, we ask all list members to restrict the discussion to SA analysis to avoid confusion and make the discussion more effective. The upside is that you may find it a useful exercise to structure such comparisons of events in terms of SA. If you have any questions about how to go about that, feel free to ask. I was simply referring to the time the plane took off from San Salvador. Although I do not have times for either El Salvador or Honduras, it would be interesting to see how the charts would compare.
