Natally, Saturn is the 6th lord, badly placed in the 12th house. RAHU is a major FM placed at 23° Pisces and 7th house of foreign policy, from where it aspects and afflicts 1st lord MERCURY at 26° 28' Scorpio and 3rd house. Some manipulation involving the actions of the nation or the communication of the government with the public is possible. Rahu could bring difficulty to foreign policy as it would make British foreign policy manipulative or deceptive in some way. At the time of the bombings natal 4th lord JUPITER was severly afflicted by transit KETU in the 7th house. Ketu rules sudden explosive and hot events. Transit Jupiter was conjunct transit 6th lord SATURN in the 8th house. Transit 12th lord afflicted 4th house MEP both natally and in transit.
