Dear SAMVA list members:

It seems that whenever there is violence connected with historical

wars, one can find acts of charity as well as courage.

I am wondering if there is some correlation between the two that can

be shown or explained in terms of SA analysis?

Best Wishes,

Mew

Dear Mew,

Sun and Jupiter represent the evolution of the soul, which are important to see the natal potential for an impetus to undertake charitable deeds. Courage is seen from a strong, well placed and beneficially aspected Mars (as a general indicator) and and the 3rd lord. In the SAMVA USA chart, Sun is powerfully placed and strong, but afflicted by 8th lord. Rahu widely afflicts the 2nd house. Jupiter is strong and well placed and aspected. Generally, the USA would be seen to be a charitable nation. As for courage, the Mars is strong, well placed and beneficially aspected and aspecting in the chart, suggesting plenty of courage for notably the class of people indicated by Mars (soldiers, policemen, firemen, athletes, etc). 3rd lord Mercury is also well placed in the 7th house albeit widely combust. This also suggests courage and initiative for the USA, notably in foreign affairs. For a given

historical event, these factors could be analysed to answer specific such questions.

Best wishes,

Thor
