Guest guest
Dear friends, I have added one more graph to this article to highlight the 8 year cycle of Venus, that I discovered. Best wishes, Thor Cosmologer <cosmologersamva Sent: Sunday, December 21, 2008 2:53:46 PM Blog: Wintry sojourn of Venus Sunday, December 21, 2008 Wintry sojourn of Venus The winter months are normally the coldest months of the year. The season of Winter is calculated astronomically, and is considered to begin with the Winter Solstice around December 20 and end at the Vernal Equinox around March 20. The weather before, during or after the winter months, can be quite variable. To say more about the weather conditions during this season, we need to examine the transits of the Sun and the planets through the signs, notably Venus, the indicator of weather in astrology. Guest guest
Interesting article. One question. For instance Santa Barbara has average temperatures and they usually don't get warmer till like June. How will this manifest then?SallyOn Sun, Dec 21, 2008 at 10:21 PM, Cosmologer <cosmologer wrote: Dear friends, More on the fascinating 8 year cycle of Venus. Guest guest
Hello Sally, Measuring climatic conditions for a given month is all about relative comparison to the same time in earlier years. For a state like California, we would look for an allround assessment of climate to reflect changes in the "comfort" of the cititzens, eg. temperature, sunlight, humidity, winds, etc.. Guest guest
Hi Sally, Thanks. According to SA, Venus rules comforts. To measure this in terms of climate, it may be useful to consider more than one criteria for a more all round approach, e.g. not only temperature, but also humidity, sunlight, winds, etc. Best wishes, Thor Sally Spencer <sally234SAMVA Sent: Monday, December 22, 2008 10:11:28 AMRe: Blog: Wintry sojourn of Venus - the 8 year cycle Good point Thor.So Venus can reflect all round comfort?Sally On Mon, Dec 22, 2008 at 12:07 AM, Cosmologer <cosmologer wrote: Hello Sally, Measuring climatic conditions for a given month is all about relative comparison to the same time in earlier years.
