Looking at the timings you have mentioned, it coincides with the general elections in India. As of now, the elections are to be held in May. Considering the current political scenario, as of now, it seems likely that no single party will get a majority and coalitions will rule. However, in light of the Sun's period starting in September, can we infer that the leadership that will emerge from the elections in May, will be strong and give good governance over the next 5 years? Members who have birth details of prominent leaders can probably share the information and analyze from SA point of view, the possible PM coming to power.
