Hello Sudevi dasi,

Welcome to SAMVA.

There has not been carried out a rectification of the chart of Mexico based on SA principles. The first step in such work is to identify the most likely historical event that signifies the creation of the national entity. In this regard, and as the following shows, there are numerous events to consider, by I mention some notable ones:

1. Colonial period from 1521-1810

During this period a territory much larger than present day Mexico was ruled by the Kingdom of Spain.

2. Independence period from 1810-1821

a) Hidalgo's declaration of independence on September 16, 1810

Napoleon's army invaded Spain in 1807. Taking advantage of Spain being severely handicapped, Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla, a Catholic priest of Spanish descent and progressive ideas, declared Mexico's independence from Spain in the small town of Dolores on September 16, 1810. This act started the long war of independence. As with many early leaders in the movement for Mexican independence, Hidalgo was captured by opposing forces and executed in 1811.

b) Solemn Act of the Declaration of Independence of Northern America on November 6, 1813

The first official document of independence was the Solemn Act of the Declaration of Independence of Northern America signed in 1813 by the Congress of Anáhuac. The Solemn Act of the Declaration of Independence of Northern America (Spanish: Acta Solemne de la Declaración de Independencia de la América Septentrional) is the first Mexican legal historical document which established the separation of Mexico from Spanish rule. It was signed on November 6, 1813, by the deputies of the Congress of Anáhuac, organized by General José María Morelos in the city of Oaxaca in June of that same year, and later installed in the city of Chilpancingo on September

13.

c) Treaty of Córdoba, which on August 24 1821

Although independence from Spain was first proclaimed in 1810, it was not achieved until 1821, by the Treaty of Córdoba, which was signed on August 24 in Córdoba, Veracruz, by the Spanish viceroy Juan de O'Donojú and Agustín de Iturbide, ratifying the Plan de Iguala.

d) Mexican Empire on 21 July 1822

In 1821, Agustín de Iturbide, a former Spanish general who switched sides to fight for Mexican independence, proclaimed himself emperor – officially as a temporary measure until a member of European royalty could be persuaded to become monarch of Mexico - creating the First Mexican Empire. Iturbide marched into Mexico City on 27 September 1821, his own birthday, with the Army of the Three Guarantees. The army was received by a jubilant populace who had erected arches of triumph and decorated houses and themselves with the tri-color (red, white and green) of this army. Iturbide’s

coronation was held at the Mexico City Cathedral on 21 July 1822, with his wife, Ana María, crowned empress, in an elaborate ceremony. It was attended by the bishops of Puebla, Guadalajara, Durango and Oaxaca and presided over by Archbishop of Mexico Fonte.Similar to Napoleon, Iturbide chose to place the crown of the empire upon his own head. The First Mexican Empire was short lived, lasting only eight months, from 21 July 1822 to 19 March 1823 and having only Iturbide as emperor.

3. First Republic

After the overthrow of Emperor Iturbide, Guadalupe Victoria became the first President of Mexico on 10 October 1824 and remained in office until 1 April 1829. During the period of the 1st Republic, nearly half of Mexico's territory was annexed by the United States in the 1830s and 1840s.

4. Second Mexican Empire on April 10, 1864

The Second Mexican Empire was the name of Mexico under the regime established from 1864 to 1867. Using the pretext of collecting overdue loans to Mexico, Napoleon III of France justified the invasion by French troops. The French attempted to use the Mexican adventure to recapture some of the grandeur of earlier Napoleonic times. The military intervention put Archduke Maximilian of Austria on the Mexican Throne as Maximilian I, who accepted the crown April 10, 1864. It was promoted and installed by the French, with some support from the Austrian and Spanish Crowns, in order to create a

European-style monarchical system in Mexico. The French also had support from conservative elements within Mexico, such as the Mexican nobility, who were looking for a way to promote stability and end the constant cycle of unrest and revolution. The Second Mexican Empire lasted three years, with one reigning emperor.

5. Second Republic in 1867

The 2nd republic was restored in 1867 when Benito Juárez, who had been President of Mexico from 1861 to 1863 was returned to office in 1867. His term ended in 1872.

The next step is to find the crucial times and rectify the charts and explore their natal potential and match with major events in the countries history and then to verify the charts with repeat accurate predictions. This is a lot of work, but the good thing is that with SA we have a robust methodology for such work.

Best wishes,

Thor

Hello Group Members,

Can you please tell me where I can find asto data for countries such as Mexico. I am spending so much time in Mexico these days and i am curious to know what planetary influences cause the extreme difference from their culture to USA's. If anyone has any insight on this they would like to share that would be great too. Thank you.

Regards,Sudevi dasi
