Some health concerns and conflicts are also seen. Many scandals are likely to be unraveled." Well, just over three months into the year we can say that the financial sector remains very strained. Certainly, an economic recovery is nowhere in sight. Despite huge efforts by the authorities to reliquify the bankrupt financial system there are continued concerns about its health. Many financial scandals have already emerged. The salient transit influences in the SAMVA USA chart accounting for the difficulties in the financial markets are the following: 1. APRIL 2009: Natal 8th lord Saturn at 26° 46' Scorpio/H5 aspects transit 6th lord Jupiter, now at 26° 37' Capricorn/H7. This is a violence inducing aspect. 2. APRIL 2009: Transit Rahu passes over natal 3rd lord Mercury. This aspect gives concerns about business, communication and transportation. As Mercury is 3rd lord it will also undermine the confidence in the stock market, and more so while transit Mars, the general indicator of courage, is in the 8th house until the 3rd week of April. 3. APRIL/MAY 2009: Transit 8th lord Saturn will move beyond 2° orb of conjunction with the most effective point of the 2nd house at 20° Leo on April 11 and on May 8 transit Saturn will move just beyond 1° orb and become stationary around 20° 55' Leo/H2 during the second and third weeks of May. This aspect is expected to bring a strain of obstructions and endings to the indications of wealth, status and relationships with neighboring countries. The vulnerability is perhaps greater around mid May, when transit 2nd lord Sun become weak in old age and infancy as it transits out of Aries/H10 and into Taurus/H11. In the 4th week of April and 1st week of May, the aspect of transit Ketu at 11°-9° Cancer/H1 to natal 10th lord Mars at 10° 05' Scorpio/H5 may give some sudden concerns to the indications of Mars but due to the strength of Mars, these would be fleeting. 4. MAY/JUNE/JULY 2009: Transit Rahu will become stationary at 7°-6° Capricorn from where it aspects natal 1st lord Moon, which is exalted at 7° 19' Taurus/H11. This aspect will bring strains to the indications of the Moon. Due to the strength of the Moon, any setbacks to its indications are expected to be temporary.
