Guest guest
Hello dear list members, Here are some thoughts on the Super Moon next week. Enjoy! January 23, 2010 Super Moon and the Lunar Nodes On the morning of January 30, 2010, the Moon will be full while it it is also at its perigee point, when it is nearest to the Earth, a so-called Super Moon. The Moon will appear larger than normal. As such, the combination may have a somewhat more pronounced geological, tidal and societal influences than usual, although this depends critically on linkages to the natal charts of nations and individuals. Such a link is seen in the horoscope for the United Kingdom. Guest guest
Hi John, In my blog I make the following prediction for January 30, 2010: Possible influencesThere are no major events seen in the SAMVA USA chart linked to this full Moon. However, as the nodes are presently stationary afflicting natal Venus, the 4th lord in the chart, which rules fixed assets and natural resource, geoseizmic activity cannot be excluded at such a time. In the UK chart, however, the full Moon takes place on the most effective point of the 5th and 11th houses. Moreover, Sun as 12th lord of losses and foreign countries will be in close opposition to Mars as 8th lord of obstacles and endings. This could produce an emotional or even a violent outburst. The government's management of the economy or its responsibility for speculative losses endured could be brought into focus. Some difficulties could also arise in relations with friendly nations. http://cosmologer.blogspot.com/2010/01/super-moon-and-lunar-nodes.html Compare this with December 12, 2008, when the Moon also moved into its nearest point to Earth, called perigee, at the same time as its fullest phase of the Lunar Cycle. The Moon appeared to be 14% bigger and 30% brighter than the year's other full moons. At that time, the Sun at 27° Scorpio and 5th house was conjunct natal Saturn as 8th lord, while the Moon at 27° Taurus and 11th house, was both opposite natal Saturn and exactly afflicted by transit Saturn at 27° Leo and 2nd house. Here we have direct connection of the perigee full Moon with the MMP in the SAMVA USA chart. So, what happened then? Top Broker Accused of $50 Billion Fraud Wall Street Journal - DECEMBER 12, 2008 http://online.wsj.com/article/SB122903010173099377.html On December 10, 2008, Madoff's sons told authorities that their father had just confessed to them that the asset management arm of his firm was a massive Ponzi scheme, and quoting him as saying it was "one big lie." The following day, December 11, 2008, FBI agents arrested Madoff and charged him with one count of securities fraud. On December 12, 2008, the story broke in the media shocking the community. This is consistent with what had been predicted at that time based on the SAMVA USA chart The year ahead for the USA (December 31, 2007) "The time in late November will be especially difficult as transit Saturn will then also be under the aspect of natal Saturn in the chart, heightening the potential for violence and destruction of assets." The aspect of natal to transit Saturn lasted into 2008. Thor __________ "Madoff's arrest in billion-dollar fraud case shocks Palm Beach investors" Palm Beach Post December 12, 2008.
