Guest guest
* Om Krishna Guru * Dear Guru's and Learned Members, Having spent about 8 months so far in learning the basics and fundamentals, even today I am still counting houses 1,2,3,4....9th etc for find the TriKona and Kendra from a Lagna or for that matter from any house. I have a feeling, that there must be a better way to find the TriKona/Kendra houses from Mithuna Lagna, instead of counting 1,2,3... and reach Thula as 5th from Lagna. My objective is: when I see Lagna as Mithuna, and when I wanted to know what are the TriKona houses, then I should see quickly Thula and Kumbha, instead of counting 1,2,3,4,5 th house etc. from the Lagna. Please help/guide me to get this counting process into my mind once for all in a natural way. Guest guest
||Om Brihaspataye Namah|| Dear Raghunadha ji, If you are just counting, that means you have not understood the trikonas and kendras properly. Try relating them to the tatwas of the different rashis. Observe the relationship between 1-5-9 and try to find the common theme. Try to understand why 1-5-9 houses are considered to be beneficial, why kendras have this property and so on. Then you will find it easy. You may have to reread the first 5 chapters in Narasimhas book again and again to gain a clear understanding. You also need to learn some astronomy in order to gain a deeper understanding. What method of chart display do you use? Strive to be familar with all the 3 methods of chart display. Hope this helps. regards Hari varahamihira , Rao Nemani <raon1008> wrote: > * Om Krishna Guru * > > Dear Guru's and Learned Members, > > Having spent about 8 months so far in learning the basics and fundamentals, even today I am still counting houses 1,2,3,4....9th etc for find the TriKona and Kendra from a Lagna or for that matter from any house. > > Regards > Raghunadha Rao > > > > > > The New with improved product search
Guest guest
* Om Krishna Guru * Dear Hari, You are correct, which means that, I have to understand the deeper meaning of Kendra/Kona things. I will put a hold to everything and try to understand this first from now on. So far, I am very comfortable with South Indian style chart, but as you said, I will attempt to get the same comfortness with the other two types of charts as well. Thanks once again for your suggession and I shall follow that. Guest guest
Dear Rao, You can simply add 4 to the rasi from which you want to find 5th house and 8 for finding the 9th house.
