Namaste Jim,

I considered the possibility of making adjustment in dasa times

based on daylight savings time. But, it adds a lot of nuisance.

Somebody may not be living at birthplace at all. Somebody may be

born in Boston and living in India. So, they'll have to manually

convert the timezone of the dasa commencement times. When they look

at a few dasa commencement times, they don't necessarily know which

one uses standard time and which one uses daylight time.

In order to avoid complications, I give dasa dates and times, annual

chart dates and times etc in the birth timezone only.

Even in dasa commencement charts, the timezone of birth is used. But

please note that using another timezone will not change the chart.

Simply the time will change with another chart and the same chart

will be obtained.

Regarding the query on my book, I don't think there is a typo there.

The result IS about the markati gati (monkey jump) from Cn to Le.

When dasas go anti-zodiacally, it goes as Sc, Li, Vi, Cn, Le, Ge,

Ta, Ar, Pi etc. Here, there are three leaps. Vi->Cn is mandooki

(frop). Cn->Le is markati (monkey). Le->Ge is mandooki again. Then

it is normal. The result given in the line you are referring to are

for the monkey jump from Cn to Le.

May Jupiter's light shine on us,

Narasimha

Hare Rama Krishna

Dear Guru Ji,

Namaste,

Narasimha Ji, please allow me to assist Guru Ji in this fonts.

I have tested using different languages such as Telugu and

Kannada today and I can see on the screen and also print very well.

As you know, Telugu and Kannada has a very similar script, so I

believe, the JH 5 is printing Kannada font's as well, as I am not

proficient in Kannada.

Guru Ji, I have sent a detailed e-mail to you, see if that helps

to change the fonts to Kannada and print as well, if not we will

ask Narasimha Ji's help again.

Regards

Raghunadha Rao
