Are the times given (based on the time zone of birth) corrected for Daylight Savings Time changes as they occur? If not, then I assume that time adjustments must be made for the correct entry period charts. And, when you get the chance, please check out the first line on page 262 of " VA an IA " to verify the CN to LE leap. (for some reason I want to believe it is from CN to VI.
