Based on my little knoweldge, I thought, Moon and Rahu are conjunct exactly at 4:00 AM on 9th November morning, so that should be the time. I have attached the chart of Minneapolis for that time and request you to please confirm. Hence it’s the time of the New Moon when the eclipse happens. Similarly the Lunar eclipse happens whilst the nodes join the full Moon… So look for the Full moon time. Best wishes, Visti. The program will also tell you the precise timing of the different phases of the eclipse. You can find this data by selecting the "mundane" tab and locate item number 13, "eclipse mode". And change the location in the data section for various places. For Minneapolis I got Nov. 8, 2003 penumbral phase starting at 4:14:57 pm start of partial phase at 5:32:16 start of totality 7:05:26 maximum eclipse point: 7:18:32 end of partial phase 9:04:48 end of penumbral phase 10:22:10 The maximum eclipse time occurs when the sun and moon are exactly opposite, i.e point of the Full Moon as Visti-ji wrote.
