Guest guest
Hare Rama Krishna Dear Raghunadha, As far as I know, its not a Ekadashi tomorrow as we observed a fast for Ekadashi only on Tuesday the 4th Nov.The next fasting is fifteen days down the line. As Vaishnavas we fast every Ekadashi during the year and consequently wouldnt miss it.The so called Vaikunta ekadasi comes in the month of December.I would reccomend that you check the dates again. As far as fasting goes, you have to abstain from grains and beans. Since we donot know the ingredients of most foodstuff, its reccomended that fruits and water are the best meals OR if you are serious just water. The most important thing is to remember Sri Krishna by Hari Naama and reading Krishna Katha during these days.
