Guest guest
||Om Brihaspataye Namah|| Dear Gurus/Jyotishas, Namaste. Is ||Om Namasshivaaya Namo Rameswaraaya|| a dwadakshari mantra? My analysis is as follows: Om| Na|ma|sshi|vaa|ya Na|mo Ra|me|i|shwa|raa|ya There are 11 bars, hence it is 12 phonemes or aksharas. Is it correct? The reason I am asking (actually I asked a general question on this earlier but no reply) is one of my friends has Sun in maranakarakasthana (12th); his name is Raghuraman and hence I feel this mantra would be perfect for him as the mantra matches the starting akshara of his name. Doubt: How does ||Om Namo Bhagavate Vasudevaaya|| qualify to be a dwadakshari mantra? My analysis is: Om| Na|mo Bha|ga|va|te Va|su|de|vaa|ya I am getting 9 bars and hence 10 aksharas only. Where are the remaining two aksharas? regards Hari
