A silly question

Dear Gurus and Jyotishas,

 

Namaste.

 

Normally, any student of Jyotish is told to read the stories and

mythology involved with the planets in order to understand the

principles of Jyotish better. For example, there is the story of

Rahu and Ketu, how they came into being and why they are enemies of

the Sun and Moon etc.

 

My question is why is there no story or mythology concerning Earth?

Would not such a story help us to understand the relationship

between Earth and the other planets as well? For eg., why are

Ju/Ve/Me considered natural benefics and Su/Ma/Sa as natural

malefics?

 

Forgive me for my ignorance/impertinence if any.
