When is the next release of JHora due?

Namaste Narasimha,

 

I am eagerly awaiting the next release of JHora lite (to see the

annual TP chart feature). I am sure others are also just as eagerly

awaiting it. My suggestions (if its not too late):

 

(1) Incorporate Name of person in the chart display instead of

having to type it everytime a printout is required.

 

(2) Enable the edit label feature; I understand that this is more

useful for professional astrologers so probably you can reduce the

number of lines in this feature. I find it convenient when I can

type a simple mantra there, for eg., Om or ||Sri Ramajayam|| as is

done commonly in South India. In my opinion, this enhances the

spiritual context of the eventual printout.

 

(3)Copying of the chart into Word is really a pain; cant we copy it

all at one go into Word and then edit? For eg; if I want to copy a

specific Vimsottari mahadasha-antardasha-pranaantardasha sequence

for say two consecutive dashas into a Word document, I have to do it

step by step. Is there a simpler way?

 

(4)Enable Narayana Dasha calculation of at least D-9 and D-10 in

addition to D-1.

 

(5)Enable 360 deg solar year option for at least Vimsottari Dasha.

 

I eventually plan to buy the commercial version as soon as my

professional life gets back on track but for now, I'd continue to

enjoy the JHora lite, :-). A couple of software professionals (my

friends) have commented that the design of the product is very good.
