A silly question - to sanjay

Dear Sanjay,

Isn't that " linear " time scale an imaginary

concept, born out of a belief system rooted in the

cause and effect principle in the human psyche?

Perhaps we are capable only of looking at things

one at a time, by virtue of an objective reference for

the sensory input, and therefore land up seeing them

in only a particular way, which we call linear?

And since everybody else agrees to it, we can

easily mistake our observation to be true as well as

that our sequential processing of sensory activity is

related to " time " in the same one at a time way or in

some way at least. Actually, using time as a reference

is a mistake as well - not to be agreed upon.

OTOH, if you look at things in an " acausal " way,

where no sensory event is related to any other sensory

event in any way whatsoever, the philosophy of karma

ceases to have any realistic (i.e. measurable) impact.

Ofcourse, we prefer to see something happening when we

do something about something.

Well, that is the choice everybody would make for

himself!!!

regards,

nitish
