Guest guest
|| Om Gurave Namah || Dear Learned members, I have question. In the Ashtakavarga we have Ashtakavarga for lagna also, In this should the transit lagna be taken for the place of birth or the current location of native?. I was thinking it should be the place of birth. As we use the Place of birth for transit charts like Tithi pravesha etc. Is my thought right?. -Warm Regards S. Guest guest
::Om namo bhagavate Väsudeväya:: Dear Sanjay P, Astakavarga for lagna is seen for choosing the strong lagnas for various muhurta purposes. It is the transit lagna no doubt, but not for the place of birth and instead for the station you are in. As usual..the most brilliant question comes from you. Some feel that astakavarga does not have lagna varga at all..then which are the eight limbs or vargas of astakavarga? Thus, Lagna has to be used in AV. Guest guest
||Om Brihaspataye Namah|| Dear Sanjay R & Sanjay P, Namaste. Supposing that for marriage muhurta, there is a choice of more than one muhurta lagna available, then the best one should be chosen based on astakavarga strength? regards Hari varahamihira , <guruji@s...> wrote: > > > ::Om namo bhagavate Väsudeväya:: > Dear Sanjay P, > Astakavarga for lagna is seen for choosing the strong lagnas for > various muhurta purposes.
