Dear Sarbani,

Please accept my best wishes for the project all of you have

undertaken.

I have seen for myself, when at Puri, the amount of selfless, sincere,

hard work put in by yourself, Freedom, Visti and others under the

able guidance of Sanjay. I am extremely happy that this is getting a

concrete shape. I am certain , in the city of Lord JAGANNATHA, SJC will

grow from strength to strength.

Jyotishis and friends,

 

With your

faith and support, SJC today has come a long way. Despite all odds;

despite each badhaka that came its way. Today SJC is about to purchase

its first property and build upon it to provide a roof for conferences,

classrooms, research rooms and guest rooms for visiting faculty and

students, who would like to spend time with their gurus and co-students

learning and discussing jyotish in a gurukul atmosphere. We are already

doing that in Puri, where 8-9 of us are studying Brhat Parasara, shloka

by shloka, word by word, and we hope that the building of the

institute this spread this learning by accommodating more people. The

strength of this bonding is so great, that we overcome any storm that

may pass us by, leaving us calm and resolute. Henceforth all our

conferences and courses will be held here, and eventually the astrology
