We have a new birth time on the Democratic front runner, thanks to Robert Blaschke. Robert spoke with one of Kerry's former in-laws who knows astrology and got the birth time from Kerry himself.

 

We have been waiting until we could confirm a more accurate birth time before making him a newsmaker. The previous 7:10 birth time was based on a report of "sunrise." We now have a whole new Midheaven to look at.

Dear Sanjay Prabhakaran,

I would tend to think that his ascendant is more likely to be Scorpio

than Sagittarius. This is on account of both his appearance and the

fact

that papakartari to both Lagna and 7th does not support his present

status if Sagittarius is taken as ascendant. I would also think that

around the time of his birth, war time

might have been applicable. So, perhaps 7.10 is the right time or maybe

7.03 taking into account 1 hr light saving time and retaining 8.03 as

the time seen in watch. Of course I could be

wrong.
