Guest guest
Dear S. Prabhakaran and Jyotishas, Your question is a good one and I like to add to it: Moon in 8th from Sun (Panaphara/Succedant) will have a 6th/8th relations between them. In accordance with the writings the person is suppose to have middling morals and wealth which also raises a question mark. I am aware of several people who have this 6/8 Moon/Sun combination and who are of very high morals though wealth is of a fluctuating nature. In my opinion it is wise to judge Sun/Moon relationship on distance bases instead of the broader collection within kendra/panaphara/apoklima as one must also take into account aspects, argala etc. Kind regards /Jay Weiss http://www.alvicomm.com http://www.alvicomm.com/privat.htm - <sanjayp <varahamihira > Tuesday, March 02, 2004 5:23 PM |Sri Varaha| Moon-Sun Yoga > || Om Gurave Namah || > Dear Jyotishas, > > sahasrarashmitachandre kaNTakAdigate kramAt.h | > dhanadhInaipuNAdIni nyUnamadhyottamAni hi || BPHS 37.1 || > > adhama sama variShThAnyarka kendrAdi saMsthe shashini vinaya vitta > j~nAnadhI naipuNAni | BrJ Ch13.1 > > Most Classics says that If Moon with respect to Sun is in > Kendra/Quadrant, Panaphara/Succedant, Apoklima > Then the Moral's & Wealth of the person will be > low, middling and best respectively. > > I think the yoga is quite applicable, but > Can anybody tell me reasons Why Moon in quandrant to Sun give low > morals? > > Many commentators have excluded Full moon in this yoga, But I would > like to your opinion on this too). > > > Thank You > Regards > S.
