Guest guest
::Om namo bhagavate vasudevaya:: Dear Raghunadha, This is the bhava chakra drawn as per PARASARA only. i.e. 15 degrees on either side of the lagna cusp is accepted as the bhava. The basis for the Bhava chakra also called the chalita chakra is the definition of the sandhya as 2 and half ghati's before and after sunrise/sunset. This works out to 15 degrees on either side and this is what defines the lagna and saptama bhava as being of a span of 30 degrees each with the lagna and descendant cusp at the center. This is how the " Mana reacts to the impulses from the lagna " . more later With best regards, Sanjay Rath Maling address: 212 Gopal Ballav Road, Puri 752001, India; Tel: 91.6752.226269; webpages: http://srath.com -------------------------------- ---- ---------- Rao Nemani [raon1008] Sunday, March 07, 2004 8:15 AM VarahaMihira VarahaMihira; Vedic Astrology Group |Sri Varaha| What is Chalit Chakra ? Please help me Hare Rama Krishna Namaste Guru's and Learned Members, Today, I have come across a new thing (for me ) called " Chalit Chakra " . May I request some one to please educate me on what is this, how to calculate and how to use it in various Dasa interpretations. Please suggest some references so that I can study this concept in more detail also. Also, I am curious to know, why I have not seen this Chalit Chakra discussion for the past one year. I have also scanned most of our Archives and could not find any relevant information on this. So no one has discussed this in our list, so does it means, it is not that of relevance and importance in our analysis and predictions.. Please educate me. Thanks for your help in advance.
