Yes, it does work consistently and I have used it in many cases myself. It is straight out of Jaimini with 0% add/subtract from the slokas.

Dear Mr.Brendan,

Thanks for ur letter. Can I post my analysis on the Nav of a celeb

from the same article keeping the principles stated by your article.

I would like to pursue a short discussion with you on the Nav of the

celeb privately preferably or otherwise on this list.

 

If all the principles are applicable in the Nav of a chart, are their

still any special riders which overrule the 4 principles.
