Finding Birth Time using Prashna Chart--- Dhira Ji

Thank you for attempting to find my birthtime with the Prashna I gave you.

Interesting that you took the time and place for Prashna which you

probably received my message at? Interesting is that the time I send the

question, the Navamsa lagna was here also Gemini.

Visti already gave his comments, and I appreciate his comments very much.

Let me now give my comments, from what I know about this kind of Prashna

and as I have learned from my guruji, Visti.

As I have learned, when the questioner asks about his own time of birth,

we look at Rasi chart, when he asks about someone else than we look at

Navamsa lagna. Visti, please confirm, or was this only for finding tithi

of birth? Even here in Raghunath's prashna, 7th from lagna is stronger,

Scorpio, and Cancer is in trines, which has Saturn aspected by Moon.

{Dhira}: Correct. I have Aquarius Navamsa Lagna and Gulik/Mandi is in Nav.

lagna (if you calculate Gulik for end of Saturn's portion).

Another thing which Visti teached me is that Vighati Lagna should be in

trines to Mandiamsa, Mandi's position in Navamsa. In your Prashna Mandi is

in Aquarius, and 7th is stronger, so trines to the 7th or it's lord may

give the Vighati Lagna. Sun is in Aries, the strongest trine so Vighati

Lagna could be Aries. If you take the time I sent my request out to you

then Mandi is in Gemini, whose lord is in Capricorn and Taurus is in

trines, so Vighati Lagna can be Taurus. With my rectification I have

Vighati Lagna in Taurus.

{Dhira}: Sanjay Rath personally wrote to me some time ago that it isn't

that easy to rectify D-20. Moon may be conjunct or aspected by one of the

lords of the trines of D-20. Or Moon may be in the 12th house to make a

Krsna Bhakta. By the way, why is my faith in Krsna Bhakta withering at the

moment since about a year or so, or a little longer?

{Dhira}: Which means I would have done Jyotish in my previous life, isn't

it? But what if I didn't? Jyotish skills in this life are seen from Rahu

in Navamsa lagna, with Mercury in trines.

To add, my father said he knows for sure that they left from home at about

10 am when my mother's water broke. He said my birthtime could be about

10:20-10:30 am, my mother recorded 10:50 am in a book shortly after my

birth, and my birth certificate mentions 11 am, which was made the day

after by the claim of my father.

I believe Cancer lagna with Aquarius Navamsa lagna should be correct,

which brings us closest to the time recorded by my mother 10:50 am. Now

from your Prashna it looks like Vighati Lagna should be Aries, which

matches well. Do you want to attempt more fine tuning again?

Namaste Dhira Ji,

I am glad you have agreed to most of my thoughts and I will not go any further on this as my knowledge stops here and I belive I have addressed the Prashna in hand.

Now, I wanted to share with you Few principles in applying Prashna Chart which I have learnt and follow as of today.

Rule 1): I have to have a formal request from a Native, then only I can cast a Prashna Chart.

Rule 2): I can not cast a Prashna Chart for my self.

Rule 3) The moment I have decided to look at the request from the native will constitue the Prashna Chart and not the prashna chart sent by the native or reciept of native's e-mail or telephone call from native etc.,

Hope this clarifies my approach to Prashna Chart casting and others may have some different approach.
