Jaya Jagannatha

Dear Jyotisa

See the eclipse chart that I was trying to hint at. The solar eclipse

is in Revati whie Swati holds the lunar eclipse. Note that Lunar

eclipse follows solar eclipse.

Extract Eclipse factor, visit http://srath.com for details

Rule 2 : The regions in which the eclipse is visible at the time of

rising or setting (sandhyä), would face financial pressures due to

poor agriculture and there would be danger or ill-health to the

political leaders and government. This rule is applicable only to

those regions where the eclipse is visible at sunrise or sunset.

Rath's research: If we extend this to lagna lord (for health), then

people with with Revati & Swati showing up in their chart will have

health related issues before the eclipse.

As and example, my lagna lord is in Revati and my mothers lagna lord

is in Swati nakshatra. Both of us have had serious surgery - I had a

very serious root canal while my mother had a 2 and half hour surgery

day before yesterday.

If we extend this to Sun nakshatra then my elder brother has Sun and

3rd lord (younger brother) in Revati nakshatra. While third lord in

Revati shows some younger brother having ill health (see lagna lord

theory above), the passage over the Sun is going to be very

challenging for him.

Extract Eclipse factor, visit http://srath.com for details

Rule 3.: If the eclipse occurs during uttaräyana, then the Brahmin

and Ksatriya will suffer while in dakñinäyana the vaisya and sudra

shall suffer.

It occurs in uttarayana and the learned ones and those in charge of

security, political heads suffer. See the visibility of eclipse to

find out the regions where this will happen.

Extract Eclipse factor, visit http://srath.com for details

Rule 6.: The impact of the eclipse occurring in the twelve signs

should be examined based on the nature of the sign as taught by

Varähamihira (Brhat Samhitä V: 35-42).

I have already shown how the lagna lord modifies the results in

nakshatra. Now consider the bhava and infer the results. The results

shall be before, during or after the eclipse depending on whether the

eclipse visibility being after birth place, over birth place or

before birth place respectively.

Rath's research: The eclipse will impact the health and/or life of

people born in the same month as that of the eclipse (especially when

the eclipse is in the same nakñatra as natal Sun). It has been

observed that the effect of the eclipse can be felt before or after

the eclipse date based on whether the eclipsed luminary is before or

after the natal position. If the longitude of the natal Sun is lower

than the longitude of the eclipsed Sun, then the health problem or

major change in life direction would happen after the eclipse,

whereas if the longitude of the natal Sun is higher than the

longitude of the eclipsed Sun, the event would happen before the

eclipse date. Exact timing will have to be done with daçä in the

natal chart, but this is an important tool for confirmation. This is

applicable only for natal charts where the eclipse (Sun) is in the

same nakñatra as the natal Sun. However, one must also see the lunar

eclipse as given in the research notes under Rule-09 hereunder.

Rule 9.: Two consecutive eclipses of the Moon and Sun normally occur

within a month. If the solar eclipse were to occur at the end of the

paksa (fortnight) after the lunar eclipse, then the people in general

tend to become unruly and unjust and couples quarrel and

divorces/separation increases. In the reverse i.e. the lunar eclipse

occurring after the solar eclipse, the Brahmins and priests increase

their prayers and people are happy and contented.

Rath's research: Since Varähamihira states that this rule affects

people, how it will affect individual people can be studied from

their natal charts as well. For those people where the eclipse is

occurring in the same nakshatra (or räsi) as natal Sun, the above

rules would imply that the occurrence of two consecutive eclipses

(one solar and the other lunar) would set them on either a new path

of (a) separative influences causing fighting, unrest and

disturbances if the lunar eclipse precedes the solar eclipse or (b)

spiritual growth, happiness and contentment if the lunar eclipse

succeeds the solar eclipse.

Further research: While the rule applies in toto for natal Sun

nakshatra, the rule applies in the reverse for natal Moon or Lagna

nakshatra and the effect is also temporary.

Dear Lakshmi & others,

This eclipse is accruing right on my AK Mercury (who's at 29 Pis./Revati),

in the 8th house, aspecting 2nd with Moon (12th lord) in it but 20 deg.

away...

More over, transit Rahu will be in 100% conjuction with this Mercury at the

time of the eclipse.

Once this is over I will write and tell " my story " of " negative events "

during the last 6 month, all beyond any control and all connected to L2nd &

11th... Mercury.

What else can go wrong until April 8th ? ... only time will tell...

Kind regards
