Dear Sanjay Ji, Namaskar

The time of maximum ecclipse is given as 20.35.46 UT (given at the

NASA eclipse site), which corresponds to IST 2.05.44 (with a

difference of 2 secs)as per JH.

BTW Lagna falls right on my natal Sun ( in the 3rd house). Will it be

good or bad?

Dear Dasgupta Ji,Namaskar

From what i understood from the recent discussions, it is the time,

when a chart is cast at the place of the native's birth. Pls read the

information that pops up, when you press the eclipse mode button!

i do not know how it is computed in JH

Jaya Jagannatha

Dear Surya Vishwanadham,

The time of eclipse according to Varahamihira should be the begining of the

eclipse. Please go through the chapter Rahu chara once so that you realise

the importance of Rahu gochara and the eclipse and sclipse cycle of 18 years

which is , in effect, Rahu dasa period.

With best wishes and warm regards,

Sanjay Rath

|Sri Varaha| eclipses - Theory

Hare Rama Krishna

Dear Sanjay Ji, Namaskar

The time of maximum ecclipse is given as 20.35.46 UT (given at the NASA

eclipse site), which corresponds to IST 2.05.44 (with a difference of 2

secs)as per JH.

BTW Lagna falls right on my natal Sun ( in the 3rd house). Will it be good

or bad?

Regards
