Dear Gurus,

The result for the B.A. Vedangana Exams came today.As feared by me I have not managed to clear my Ganita paper.I have the option of appearing again for it next year along with my Second year papers.I would like to request the Gurus to please give me better guidance this year.I had made this request last year too and I hope this time I will get a response to my request.

I am also greatful for guidance in my other papers.I got a 75 in Hora Shastra, 65 and 66 in the other two papers and just passed in my Sanskrit.I want to congratulate Prabodh for clearing all his papers.

I really hope there will be more lessons for the second year syllabus and that there will be lessons on Ganita and Sanskrit which did not happen at all in the first year.There is no point in my continuing this course if there will be no one teaching.Please begin the second year course and lessons soon as there are only ten months left now.I am not happy with my performance and I hope to improve but it cannot happen without my teachers support.

Dear KanuPriya,

 

The first year results are out and it is a very

disturbing thing that out of two stuednts one has

failed to lear one paer. Hard Luck. Kindly check

your d24 narayan dasa. So far as the teahing is

conerned last was the first year of our new venture.

And I ust tell you first year of everything is like

this only. All our Gurus team will be more organised

this year and the lessons wil be there. Regarding the

maths I am forced to say that very few

students/members are focused on the mathematical side

of jyotisha. Many of them can chat on Arudha or

Atmakaraka bu will fail to calculate the Sunrise or

sunset time. Anyway you can appear forthe second year

as you will enjoy ATKT (i.e. allowed to keep terms in

next higher class)but you will have to clear this

paper with second years.

Dear Kanu Namaste

 

It is really sad to note that you did not pass in Ganit. But is good

to note that you can appear for your 2nd year exams. I think first

year of any thing is full of troubles and confusions. Next year it

will be good and you will have proper guidance as Gurus will be more

organised.

Actually Ganit is more easy subject than any other jyotisha subject.

I dont know how much I scored in that but I knew that I will not fail.

I think I have scored much less marks than many who appeared in B.A

exams. It would be interesting to see the asnwer sheet( as in the case

of Nagpur University). That will allow us to learn about writting

answers expected by the valuers.

I personally thank all Gurus,specifically Chandrashekharji and

Sanjayji for helping me out.

Can somebody please see if it's possible to upload all the question

papers of BA 1st Year. I would like to see and attempt the papers.

 

Maybe we should attempt to keep a question bank for future students to

prepare well for the exams.

A good Idea. But there is a separate forum to do all

this. The SJCERC group. Regarding the question bank

I have a collection ofpast question paper sets of not

only this exam but of all the exams conducted in past.

It is just for your information.
