Dear Upendra,

Namaskar. I am happy to note that you have discussed your case with Sri Kishore-ji. May I kindly write a few lines.

1. Bald head is due to excess pitta or heat in the head and is seen by Sun in the 7th aspecting the head. In your case, taking Mesha as lagna, 7th house has Surya and hence he indicated this result. However, as I said, the indications about managers/bosses need to be taken as a general trend only. So other bosses may not be bald or have such special characteristics.

2. Jealousy or Matsarya is indicated by Budha in the 6th house. Grahas in the 6th shows what you experience from enemies. Mangal on the other hand shows aggression and/or anger. But this is more applicable in Rasi chart.

3. Struggle or overcoming of obstacles in day to day work is seen from 6th house. 4th house indicates happiness in matters of career and also office. Parivartana between 4th and 6th shows that these two things get related. Shani is giving aspect to Mangal increasing the negative effects of Mangal.

4. Retrograde-exalted grahas give results like debility status. It shows high starting position but due to own activity the position going reverse or down. Under different circumstances, different naunces can be derived from retrogression. Whether a graha has jsut begun to retrograde or is retrograding at a fast speed also influences the result. It is a separate subject of research by itself and doesn't have a short one-line answer, in my understanding.

5. Yes, if lordship works in a chart, parivartana also works. Parivartana works in Divisional charts also. However the meanings of the houses are a bit different. Have you studied carefully the mP3 on Dasamsa from Visti-ji's website and also from Sanjay-ji in London Conference ? Please visit here for Sanjay-ji's lecture in London conference.

6. You should also listen to the Navamsa lectures from Visti-ji. Career doesn't just of the Dasamsa but also on Siddhamsa (what you studied) so there should be links.

clarification I am seeking for the purpose of learning.

I was under the impression that Me in the 6th house will cause

colleagues/followers to be jealous and Ma in the 6th house causes

them to be aggressive/angry.
