Guest guest
Sir, What Varga should one look for finding health and life related issues? Which Bhava and Varga chart should be given priority? Talking of 'Mararogas', doesn't 'Mararogas' change from time to time? How is this taken into consideration in Vedic Astrology? It would also be nice if you could shed light on the life expectancy of an individual and the way it is calculated using Ashtavarga charts. Thank you, Raghu
Guest guest
Dear Raghu, For health issues Trimsamsa is very important because it shows " all evils " , for example Mangala in debilitation in Trimsamsa can hint at headache, Venus in debilitation in Trimsamsa at fertility problems, Guru at hip problems etc. Other astrologers work with Shasthamsa, D-6, Tajaka-Varga, exactly for health issues. In my view D-12, Dwadasamsa is also very important because it shows given things " by fate " , which we cannot change, which are really destiny, e.g. genetically produced health problems. Plz. remember that Navamsa, Shastyamsa (D-60) and Dwadasamsa all for all life issues, inclucing health! So debilitated lord of 6th in rasi in these vargas brings certain health problems, debilitated lord of 8th probably reduced longevity (certainly not 120 years...) In Tradition lord of the 22nd Drekkana and 64th Navamsa are evil and causing health problems. " Mararoga " is unknown by me, so I can't help you this way, hopefully other group members know. In Asthakavarga every graha throws a certain amount of bindus to every bhava, so in the end can be that 11th bhava has 2 bindus from Jupiter and 12th bhava has 5 bindus from Jupiter, so there would be more losses than income to expect. SAV is the summary of all these bindus. It shows in summary strong and weak bhavas, which is important for transiting planets and in my view for dasas as well. Astrologer Krushna is working with a very developped Asthakavarga system.
