Dear Gurujis,

I have not been able to see any growth in my career.

Would i be able to get recognition for the work i do.

I joined a sofware company (19-3-2007) and i am working for the RnD group of

the company.

Here everyone are trying to supress my growth and i feel not so great about

it.
