Karka Bhava nasho is not the rule but a pointer , one has to use it with caution.In any case this is not applicable to AK. Venus is Sign Vargottama with 8 points in Astavarga. it has adequate Sadavala AND VMSHOPKA BALA SUN is Bhava Vargottama and adequate balas. Moon not only poor in various balas but all angular houses from it   are occupied by malefics. Thus Moon has given failure. If planet is combust or in debility ,The results of PUSKAR NAVAMSA IS NOT VERY EVIDENT.
