Rasi dristi

Dear members,

 

I have a question about rasi dristi.

 

I have read somewhere that when a planet sends a rasi dristi, the

house lorded by this planet is not to be taken into account. Only the

natural significance of the planet is pertinent. Or perhaps its role

as a sthira karaka and as a chara karaka as well. But not its role as

lord of such and such house.

 

This seems very logical to me. But some people asked me about the

source of this information and I could not help them. Do you know the

source ?
