Guest guest
Dear narasimha The Role of graha arudhas is not so limited As we all know there are different saggregation of karakas for different roles. karakas represent the influence of various things in our life. Based on the gunas: Sattva, Rajas and Tamas the karakas can be classified as Naisargik karaka which is dominant in Rajas Guna, the Chara Karaka which is dominant in the Sattva guna and the the Sthira Karaka which is dominant in the Tamas guna. [sTHIRA KARAKA Stronger among Sun and Venus- Father Stronger among Moon and Mars- Moon Mars- Younger sister, younger brother brother-in-law, sister-in-law Mercury- Maternal uncles, aunts and all maternal relatives Jupiter- paternal grand parents, Husband (for female chart), children Venus- Wife, maternal grandparents, father & mother-in-law, maternal grand parents Saturn- Elder brother & Elder sister] Naisargik karakas are governed by Brahma chara karaka by the vishnu and sthira by the shiva.... In other words ANYTHING which is in a state of creation would be ruled by naisargik karakas.(would deal more with nature rather than individua] ANYTHING which is in a state of sustainence is lorded by chara karaka (HENCE most important of all) and similarly state of destruction by sthira karaka. Apart from the above three classification the significance of the bhavas are to be known by Bhava karaka. Lagna- Sun 2nd- Jupiter 3rd- Mars 4th- Moon, Mercury 5th- Jupiter 6th- Mars, Saturn 7th- Venus 8th- Saturn 9th- Sun, Jupiter 10th- Sun, Mercury, Jupiter, Saturn 11th- Jupiter 12th- Saturn Now when we talk of Graha arudhas as a wholistic term it would involve the importance of all categories of karakas in different perspective. For example if we are talking of the ARUDHA of sun. The results should be seen considering these in different aspects:- 1) Arudha of sun considering him as a sthira karak for father if stronger than venus would show the " Risen one " of the destruction of the father.[As it is sthira karaka for father] 2) Arudha of sun considering him as a Chara karaka(Lets say sun is a DARAKARAK) would show the " risen one " of the SUSTAINENCE of the spouse. To see " risen one " of the sustainence of the father, arudh of PITRIKARA should be considered. 3) Arudha of the Sun considering him as a naisargik karaka of the [The Soul,Power, Fire, Worship Of Siva, Courage, Thorned Trees, Being In Royal Favour, Self-Realization, World Of Mortals (Mrtyu Loka), Square shape, Bone (skeletal system),The Belly, Half A Year (uttarayana / dakshinayana), Eye (right), Wandering Over The Mountains (wanderer), Quadruped (also the birds), King,Eye Disease Body (vitality in the body), Timber (wood), Mental Purity, Lordship Of The Whole Country (sovereign), Freedom Form Disease, Lord Of Saurashtra State, Disease In The Head, Precious stones Short Like A Dwarf, Lord Of The Eastern Direction, Blood, Kingdom, Public Life, River Bank, Coral, Ruby, Strong At Mid-Day (Noon), Mouth, Long Standing Anger, Capture Of The Enemy, Sattvik (Pure)] would be the " risen one " of the creation of the above mentioned things in our life. and finally 4) The arudha of sun considering him as a bhava karak of the 9th and 10th houses would be the PARTIAL(as there are also other karakas of 9th and 10th houses) " risen one " of these two houses.
