dusthanas,upachayas lords- results

Namaste guruji,

As written by u that dusthnas lords and upachayas

lords can give results according to there friendships between lagnesh

and them.But here i want to know what type of friendships u are

talking about.THere are temporary, permanent, panchdha maitris .Which

friendship are u talking about.

 

IN jatak parijat in hindi ( by

ojha ) ,its written that 12th lord is neutral and can give results

according to his second rasi, or placement in bhavas( good or bad),or

sabandha with malefic or benefic.Please explain in details.
