Moon rules the NAKSHATRAS.

THE  ZODIAC IS DIVIDED IN 27 SECTORS BASED ON THE FACT ,

THAT MOON TAKES A ROUND OF THE ZODIAC IN 27.321 SIDEREAL DAYS.

 It is therefore more appropriate to compute Vimsottari dasa based on the

placement of Moon in nativities.

Dear Members,

 

Vimsottari dasa should be taken from lagna or moon..

 

I am following this rule:

See which of Moon or Lagna (excluding itself) has max number of

planets in quadrants from it. In case of tie, Moon wins. Else which

has max number of planets wins

 

What are some modifiers to this rule?
