to a great extent YES,

 

and it is his own enterprise that will work, can try public resources like

insurance, claims, debt recovery agencies, money changer, dealing with the aged

and disposal of waste [energy] and even other 8th house subjects I know u know

what i mean here.

 

he will work for a short time again between 30/12/08 to 14/7/11 and then back

to his own means to live, can work in a engineering company even if it is IT

filed for this period.

Lagna lord and Jarma lord in 8th will give him the means of livelihood as said
