If you permit me ,I MAY LIKE TO REPLY TO YOUR QUARRY:

1).. Ratrinayak is to indicate the number only. As moon is only ONE to rule

the night ,as such Vimsopaka strength

of one should be assigned to D-30 Varga.

2. In shad-Varga the order is D-1,D-2, D-3,D-9,D-12, and D-30 AND the order of

strength is

  6,2,4.5.2 , and 1.

3 Similarly ,when considering Saptvarga ,the order will be D-1,D-2,D-3,D-7,D-9,

D-12 and D-30:

  the respective order of strength will be 5,2,3,2 1/2 ,4 1/2,2, and 1.In

saptavarga d-7 is very important

  and can not be assigned  strength only one. BPHS does not mean to put D-7 in

the end after breaking the order.

  It is also not logical to give strength of 2 to D-30 and only 1 to D-7.

4).. In dasavarga and Shodasa varga scheme BPHS HAS GIVEN CLEAR CUT INSTRUCTIONS

AS

     THE SERIAL ORDER WAS NOT FOLLOWED WHILE   ASSIGNING THE STRENGTHS.
