To my knowledge the last time BJP came to power the horoscope of Atal Bihari Bajpayeeji was very favourable. To my knowledge Saturn is Tungi in Libra lagna in his natal horoscope and when he became the Prme minister Saturn was having drishti in his tenth house. However I am open to correction.
