Career: Rise to Power / Loss of position/status

Here are my birth details:

 

Sept 7, 1962

18:09:10 Hrs (with D-24 rectification) (18:11 Hrs, unrectified)

Pune, India

 

An interesting thing to note is that in Saturn Bhukti's, I get

promoted in the begining and get demoted at the end. For Example, in

the year 2000-2001, I voluntarily stepped down after upper management

would not support my negative opinion of my subordinate. I moved back

into a technical position.

 

In 2005, I accepted another management position and have risen very

quickly since then. This time, I stayed in management inspite of

subordinate issues which were " resolved. " My work was appreciated as

well.

 

In Feb 2008, I was promoted (Saturn Bhukti). However, in April 2008,

my boss was let go. Then on July 16th, I was effectively demoted

without loss of title (Saturn Bhukti again).

 

What I would like to know is:

 

1. if further downfall/job loss is in the works

 

2. Why Saturn Bhukti causes this up and down in my career?
