Help for interpretation of HORASARA

I would like learned astrologers comment on below translation of HORASARA- it

will be

great help

 

Longevity rule

 

Rule 1:should lagna lord or dispositor of moon join sun and be without benefic

aspect

while malefics are angular , native dies in his 20th year.

 

question 1: does this rule only apply immaterial of house its conjunction ? eg

gemini lagna

moon is in lagna , sun is conjoin mercury in ninth house . As per books it says

if sun

conjoin with mercury in 9th house - there is a special protection on native .

 

Rule 2 : should there be minimum 4 planets in first 4 Houses commencing from

lagna

native blessed with long life-if 4 more in next 4 house -then longevity is 60

while similar

disposition from 9th onwards give short life .

 

Question 2 : this rule applies immaterial of planets are benefic or in raja

yogas . Eg 9H-

Sun/me ,10H-mar & 11 th SA /JU , 8H-VE /KE ,1HMo ,And 2nd H Ra.

 

In this chart there is NB Raj yoga and Parivartana yoga - but still last 4

houses have more

than 4 planets.

 

Basically What one should recken if some rules shows longevity and other

cancelling it.

 

Is there any order to judge this point.Need advice.
