any help with this problem will be great.

ANY ONE CAN GIVE ME SOME INSIGHT TO THIS PROBLEM WOULD WOULD BE GREAT

ok here is my problem.

my mother passed away on 05/31/2002

around 4 to 7 am

and my father passed on too in 1978.

so it just leaves me and my sister my bithday is 02/24/1959

5.58 pm

in Wilington N.C

my sister birthday is

04/03/1960 same town and state the time I am not sure of.

well like any other sister she is not doing my right and trying to

take everything from me that my mother left me.

which is about $300,000. to $500,000.

she never probated the will and I have lived my mother in her home

since

1983 since my step-father passed a way at that time.

and I still living at this home by my self

now she is trying to move me out of this house since I lived there

for 28 years and she wants me to find apartment.

well that is kind of hard for me to do since I am only on S.S.I.

my sister has never gave me any thing that from my mother will.

but in the past 5 years she has paid for 2 new homes which she has

rented out at this time.

and I do'nt know what to do about this.

she is never nice to me she is always mean to me.

what can i do about this??
