Greetings. One of my friend's is having some litigation problem and

currently it is taking a bad shape and he might go for a trial. As

the time is running out now for him, I would like to know (a very

pin-point answer and a remedy) the following.

 

1. Will he ultimately end-up in an imprisonment? If so, how long?

2. If NO to Q1 above, then how long this situation will stretch?

3. Is there any remedy which he can immediately attend?
