Mangal Dosh is not a Dosha to be viewed as disastrous in one life.  Mangal Dosa,

if found in both partners at marriage, this gets compensated.  A little

explanation is necessary on this, for all to know.

 

Mars, Planet, is identified with blood.  Mars owns Scorpio - Vruchika- in Zodiac

which is identified with the genitals and sex in the 'Kalapurusha' rules.  Mars

for those in horoscopes in Lagna, houses : 2, 4, 7, 8, and 12 is said to be

Dosha, as these houses concerns various important parts of Body in 'Kalapurusha'

rules. Mars with Moon is also said to be an important factor when in combination

of these two to cause some marital problems.  I make it simple to understand

that, when Mars is with Moon, it combines 'excitement, ego, anger, dominance,

etc' while Moon represents 'sense, analysis, cleverness, softness etc', in

short, the person's intelligence - Chandra " Mathi " . These combinations excites a

person more to his agree temperament, instant rejections, less

compatibility influenced by emotions etc. This rule is common to man and woman.

You will find when Mars is the owner of Aeries - Mesha, , it is depleted

(Neecha) in Cancer (4th house from

Aeries) owned by Moon.  And again, Mars is the owner of Scorpio - Vruchika-

where Moon is depleted.  This will give you the hint that Moon and Mars are not

a favorable combining force. A powerful Saturn 'tames' Mars Dosha. (Saturn is

Neecha in Mars house- Aeries - Mesha; and Mars is exalted in Saturn house

Capricorn - Makara).

 

One has to weigh the power of Mars and Moon at the time of marriage for a

balanced married life between the couple with harmony accounting Desa periods

under Vimshothry periods as well general list of combinations particularly

prescribed for marriage match.  Apart from this Mars Dhosa will not cause any

great impact in reading the horoscopes, and other related interpretations.  I am

listing a very rough outlay for layman to understand, and, of course, a detailed

explanation will have to be made to students of astrology on combination of

these two planets, as well as on results of Mars Dosha.
